Romanus IV (A.D. 1068-1071), Silver ⅓-Miliaresion.

Obverse: Facing bust of Virgin orans, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium, M – ΘK left and Θ-RO right.
Reverse: Bust of Romanus facing, bearded, wearing a crown and loros and holding a patriarchal cross and a globus cruciger, PWM on right.
