Obverse: KⲰN mX ANΔ, Michael VII standing facing, holding labarum-headed sceptre and akakia, Constantius and Andronicus standing facing, to left and right.
Reverse: + RⲰmA ЄVΔKIA / IC – XC, Christ, nimbate, standing facing, crowning Romanus IV on the left and Eudocia on the right.
