Description

Great Britain, Scotland, Lothian, Edinburgh, F Doig (grocer, wine and tea dealer), Copper Farthing Trade Token, undated (c.1780), obverse: F. DOIG LAWNMARKET EDINR. and ornaments, reverse: tea chest, basket and two bottles, edge plain, diam. 22mm (Dalton & Hamer “The Provincial Token Coinage of the 18th Century” 77).

Nearly extremely fine, light brushmarks and a little detritus, scarce.
