Great Britain, Scotland, Lothian, Edinburgh, John Crerar (grocer, tea, wine, spirit, and ale merchant, 60 South Bridge and Newington Place), Copper Farthing Trade Token, undated (c.1780), obverse: JOHN CRERAR No.60 SOUTH BRIDGE AND NEWINGTON PLACE, reverse: TEAS WINES SPIRITS ALES * & GROCERIES *, ornament above SPIRITS and below ALES, edge plain, diam. 22mm (Dalton & Hamer “The Provincial Token Coinage of the 18th Century” 75).

Good very fine, struck on an imperfect planchet, very rare.
