Scotland, William and Mary (1689-1694), Silver Forty Shillings, 1691, conjoined busts left, value below drapery, legend surrounding, rev struck en médaille, crowned quartered shield of arms, with an escutcheon of the Lion of Nassau, date at end of legend surrounding, edge inscribed in raised letters dated TERTIO (SCBI 35:1694-5; S.5649).

Toned, a bold very fine, some light adjustment marks on reverse.
