Stephen (1135-54), Penny, cross moline “Watford” type (c.1136-45), Thetford Mint, Moneyer Ocelin, crowned bust right, arm to edge of coin with sceptre, beaded circle surrounding, +STIEFNE:, rev cross moline with a fleur in each angle, beaded circle surrounding, +OCELIN: ON: TET: 1.09g (BMC type I; N.873; S.1278).

Toned almost very fine for issue and a new Moneyer for this mint in type I of Stephen, the name is likely a variant on Ascil whom is a moneyer known for the latter types of Henry I, therefore very rare.
