Thrace, Abdera.

Silver Stater, c. 411/410 – 386/5 BC, Molpagores, magistrate.

Obverse: [ΑΒΔΗΡΙΤΕΩΝ], griffin seated left, with right foreleg raised.
Reverse: ΕΠΙ ΜΟΛΠΑΓΟΡΕΩ, dancer to left, wearing short, sleeveless chiton and kalathos.

(May Group C, 314 (same obv. die)).

Extremely Fine. Pleasing cabinet tone.
