Description

Tiberius (AD 14-37).

Gold Aureus, mint of Lugdunum.

Obverse: TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVSTVS, laureate head
of Tiberius right.
Reverse: MAXIM, female figure (Livia?) seated right on throne with ornate legs, holding sceptre and palm.

Extremely Fine. A couple of light marks on the reverse.
