Trajan (AD 98 – 117).

Silver Denarius, mint of Rome, AD 113 – 114.

Obverse: IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS VI P P, laureate and draped bust of Trajan right.
Reverse: S P Q R OP[TI]MO PRINCIPI, Trajan’s Column: column, surmounted by statue of Trajan standing front, holding globe and spear, set on decorated podium and flanked by eagles.

Very Fine, lightly toned, minor scratches and surface cracks.
