Rev, Saint George on horseback slaying dragon, date in exergue, B.P. in upper right for Benedetto Pistrucci, edge inscription DECVS ET TVTAMEN ANNO REGNI LXI (S.3937; ESC.313; Bull. 2603).
Few nicks and hairlines, underlying reddish to amber mint lustre in the tone. Reverse, bordering on prooflike in its eye appeal, especially handsome around the dragon section, showing off the toning, few bagmarks. Extremely fine.
