Victoria (1837-1901), Crown, 1844, young filleted head left, W WYON. RA raised on truncation, date below, toothed border surrounding both sides, legend surrounds VICTORIA DEI GRATIA. Crowned quartered shield of arms within laurel wreath, reads BRITANNIARUM REGINA FID DEF, edge inscription with cinquefoil stops DECUS ET TUTAMEN ANNO REGNI VIII (S.3882; ESC. 281; Bull 2562).

Evenly toned with underlying mint lustre, some nicks and light scratches, reverse handsome with a slightly soft strike in some of coats of arms. Nevertheless, good very fine.
