William III (1694-1702), Copper Halfpenny, 1696, first issue, Farthing size N’s on reverse, laureate and cuirassed bust right, rev Britannia seated left, holding olive branch, with spear and shield, date in exergue (cf. Peck 641; S.3554).
Darkly toned, some flat points on reverse, very fine and unusual.
